The “Friends of Korea” reception and dinner hosted by Consul General Hyung Jong Lee of the Korean Consulate in Seattle took place yesterday at the Double Tree Hotel, honoring non-Koreans who have lived in Korea, including Peace Corps Volunteers, Fulbright Scholars, ESL teachers, students, etc. Several Olivenbaum musicians played for their reception and also in during the dinner. After performing, we were able to eat dinner with everyone there and hear about all their experiences in Korea.
